Cancellation of Orders
2. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Exchange & Refunds
3. All our products are non-refundable.

Express Delivery (for phone orders only)
4. Please call us at +65 6753 9065 if you require us to deliver at a specific time (e.g. 4pm) or within a very short time frame (e.g. 1 hr after order).

The additional charge for Express Delivery is S$20. We reserved the right to turn down requests as this is subjected to availability of delivery drivers.

Redirection
5. For redirection of orders when delivery have been attempted, a surcharge of S$10 will be applicable
